Does anyone know of a good software or method to move all of an old hardrive including the OS to a brand new hard drive?

You can use a program like Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost to do this but it isn't recommended. A better option would be to install your Operating System on the new harddrive and the copy all the data from the old one to the new one.

I have personally had problems when cloning a drive. 96% the time the cloned windows install is buggy. But like I said Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost both will fit your needs.
