I have the Sony Hard drive here, I soft-modded my Ps2 and I had some problems with a Hard Drive, so I decided to change the hard drive for the official Sony one. Iv put all the games I wanted on my Hard Drive with Winhiip. My Ps2 does not detect my hard drive. But when I try it on my friend's Ps2 ( Memory Card, Psx Game and everything....) It works fine, I can play. What is the problem, anyone can help? I only have my friend's ps2 for a while....Thanks all!

Are you sure your original problem was with the hard drive and not the network adaptor.
Have you tried your friends network adaptor in your PS2?
Does your friend boot the hard drive with the same software?
