Hi! I'm trying to make a backup of this DVD, with DVD Shrink and I get a problem because it's too big so how can I fit it onto one DVD-R without taking extras out?

When I click backup, I get a message saying "DVD Shrink encountered an error & cannot continue. There is not enough space on your target drive!"

from my experience, whenever that happens my backup plan is helpful. i use VOB blanker which seems to help, try it and if it doesnt solve your problem, sorry, but it might help. i used it recently on a new dvd that wouldnt copy.

Would this error mean you don't have enough space on your hard drive??
You need at least 8 GB of space to fit these files onto.

Now, I can at least get DVD Shrink to encode part of the movie until a error comes up saying "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Out of Memory. Not enough storage is available to process this command". What should I do? I have enough room on my hard drive. I'm lost.

    go cntrl/alt/delete - processes

see if you see any out of place things, or a program taking up a lot of ram.

if not, just stop running so many programs or upgrade your room.

you should restart the computer and start off new. open only dvd shrink and search in your "Document and Settings" area and start deleting the gigantic useless files off your computer.
