    ummmmmh???

i think he was talking about making a chicken tikka dish, its very easy to make it too hot,
    i suggest the following

    mix 3 cloves of garlic,
    ground ginger,
    fresh coriander(must be ground)
green chilli(ground also) NOT TOO MUCH MIND,OR IT WILL BE TOO HOT
    salt,(just a smidge)
    1 table spoon of yogurt,
    dry tamarick,
    dhana powder(tps)
    ghira(1 tea spoon also)

mix this together to produce the mix for the chicken

now cut up the chicken into small dices
    mix with the sauce
    leave to marinade overnight
cook in oven for about 1/2 hr @ 180 degrees

this ROCK 420 should solve all your problems

    your very welcome

    hehehe

I'm sorry....I'm about to add the dry tamarick right now and I don't see where you put an amount. A little help here. Boy, I hope this is able to sit, I don't want to start over.
