You need to give some info on what type error or exact type of problem. Hard to even guess without more information.

    What goes wrong?
Is it any of the following please answer so we can help you.
    Your PC Freezes up?
Your DVD writer spits the disk back out at ya?
The roof to your house leak's?
The Dog craps on the floor?
    Your Brain freezes?
    You get a cramp?

OK Im just being stupid now, but really we need alittle more ifo to help ya out what exactly does Shrink do? and how are you ripping the movie with Decrypter? (File Mode or ISO) Then how do you try to open it in Shrink? stuff like that would help.
