I got a copy of hd advance and i popped it in and it said it needed to format my hard drive so i did that and ripped a few games it it was going fine. But the thing was on the main screen it said i had 103gb of free space but when i went to rip the game it said the hard drive was full. Anyone know what to do because i am totally lost.

I had the same problem. Just disconnect your hard drive then re-connect it back and restart your ps2 and try it again it should work. It worked for me.

i had that problem too. Do it on your computer. Use that program winhiip. Plug it to your computer, let your computer format the drive and ripp it from your computer, then plug it in your ps2 and it should all be set and done!
