hey guys...i have my xbox HD connect to my laptop over a usb connection..since i have a labtop i cant really take it apart very easily and hook up a hard drive the normal way....anyone know of program to extract all contents of a drive over usb....than be able to edit them...then put them all back?? this would help me, since i could edit the eeprom, or the bios...and fix it, correct? windows wont let me, it will make me format it before i can even view the files on it... need help asap...if someone gives me info that works...i will give them a gift, no lie!
ummm take your eeprom and use xbox hard drive maker and unlock it then hook it up and try it, i unlocked mine and plugged it up via IDE and it worked but you have to use win hex and dump the entire hard drive on the computer hard drive then use fatxplorer and find the files you want
