I have vista and since I got my PC just about a month ago, it has benn downloading updates (which I don't mind), but now what's enoying me is that almost 50 or so gigabytes are being taken up by thm..I never thought that they were so big, so now I'm thinking it's because the updates create a system restore point every time I update. So, is there any way to turn off system restore (the checkpoint thing) or at least make the points farther apart. ...I'd like to hear if anyone else has/had this problem.
