Hd tune says that I have 8 bad sectors, I have run the error scan a couple of times, it finds some bad sectors. The problem is the scan dosent finsish, when it gets to the last 4 or 5 blocks on the last row the scan ends, and it dosent fix the bad sectors that have been found. What is the problem? Should I use a diffrent program? Am I making sense?

You make sense to me. right-click the drive that is giving you problems (using windows explorer), select properties and go to the 'Tools' tab? error-checking should be the first option, choose it. I recommend selecting both checkboxes.
Maybe Windows will do it better. If that doesent work, You can boot into safe-mode command prompt only and run some utilities there too without extra interference. You will need to google the commands.
