it's only possible with older games that are not dnas enabled.

i know that its possible with older games. but i heard some people patching the SMAP file on the game which has the network adaptor drivers in it to be recognized.

I'd really like to know what the deal is with the HDA LAN capabilities too.

I read in one place that HDA & HDL disable the network adaptor, then I heard that they don't, then I tried playing about 12 games through KAI and 11 games locked up after looking for a LAN game, but ATV Offroad Fury 2 did not, in fact it tried to find LAN games, but noone was on. So I didn't get to try.

So I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'd really like to know the facts.

Whenever I ask about it, people give me a big DNAS spill about how newer games that have DNAS don't go online from HDA/HDL. But that has nothing to do with LAN!

Please let me know, only if you do know, not if you read.
