hdd question for fat ps2?

    ok im about to get memento and the memor32 card to mod my ps2 i want to put a hdd on to my ps2 whats the maximum allowed of gigs on a ps2 with hdloader also how many games can i put in a hdd?

    Up to 2 TB if your using the 48-bit version.
    How many games you say? Well lets say if you could had use of a full 2 TB of space. 2TB --> 2048 GB --> 2048GB/4.37GB --> about 468 games (assuming all your games are a full 4.37 GB).

    Well you see there are different revisions of HD loader. The original pressed version only read up to 127 GB of hard drive space. Regardless of the size of the hard drive only the first 127 GB would be usable.
    HD loader's production had stopped because of legal issues if I recall but the ps2 scene continued development on HD loader. This is just one of the features of the latest release of HD loader (48-bit support) made by the ps2 scene.
