Posting your log in RED is a bit too much on the eyes!! Try updating your Nero, both packages from here Package 1: http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2: http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe New firmware update 1.0c available here http://www.iodata.jp/lib/soft/d/dvrn4_f104.exe You have far too much memory in use, dont multitask while burning.
I would add just 2 things what Gwendolin already has suggested: 1. Use better media......Stick with the MIJ rule (Made In Japan). Look for the MIJ on the label of the box of spindle (Taiyo Yuden, Sony, Maxell, and some Fuji)... the only exception to this rule is Verbatim, which is top notch media but made in Taiwan/Singapore and the only non MIJs I will use. 2. here is your burner: http://www.videohelp.com/dvdwriters...&hddvdrom=&orderby=Name&hits=50&Search=Search it's old and is a 4x machine..... even with firmware updates you might get some of the newer media to work but being that your burner is almost 3 or more years old many media won't work.... I definitely would NOT use any 16x media ...... your best bet is using 4x media but that media is old now and it will be very hard to find...... try the 8x media! good luck. and finally you might want to buy yourself a new burner.... they are cheap now.....many members love the Lite-On and BenQ burners..... I have BenQs and they are getting scarce now.
