   i have xp and the task manager tabs are gone. i know ther is a hot key to bring them back . plz tell me what the hot key is . ty

   Task manager has gone into "Tiny footprint mode". You switch to and from this mode by double clicking in the border area (the zone in which the red mark is in this picture).
