help backing up dvd's

    i got a liteon 8x external burner, and I downloaded DVD shrinka dn dvd decryptor, but it has an error halfway through. do i put the dvd that i am backing up in the e drive or the f drive? do i need to download something else? im really frustrated...

    Hi krsmith, Welcome to aD,

    Asking us if you should use your "F" drive or your "E" drive means nothing at all to us as we've never seen your PC or read it's specs anywhere -

    You haven't told us where you are in the backup process when you get your error OR what the error is ?

    Putting my mind-reading cap on, I going to assume you don't know how to use the proggys SO here's a link for a guide to follow :)
