I new to burning and have been reading the threads for a couple of weeks trying to get my MadDog multimedia triple format dvd burner to work. I have windows xp pro and use this external dvd drive on a usb connection to my laptop. after reading the great advice from many of you I have made sure the aspi configuration is correct and installed, have defragged and checked my hard disk as well as checked the dma and uninstalled and reloaded the drivers. My burning program have included dvddecrypter, imgburn 2.3, and dvd cloner IV. All programs time out with an error after attempting to burn the iso file. the media I have used is verbatium dvd+r dl (about 25 of them) and sony all have failed to work. I have included the latest log for any help you could provide. thanks I 11:25:11 ImgBurn Version 2.3.0.0 started!

In this case it seems the image is a tad too big.

Thanks in other cases I used duel layer media and still no luck. I will try to burn my last Dual layer disk and include that log.
