Hi Posting the whole Nero log in the Nero forum would be helpful but let's start w/ this 1st. If your drives firmware isn't up to date - up date it. The latest is A117. You can check which version you have in Nero. Under applications go to Tools then InfoTool. Pick the drive tab there's a field there which lists which firmware version you drive has.
Try the firmware update 1st (if you need one) and if that still fails save & post the log in the Nero forum.
