you need to flash your box to v4 for genuines or 2.57au for clones. to find out if you have a genuine or a clone click on my name to the left of my post.
hi there i take it that the remote on the right is geniune starview if that is the case i have geniune starview & secondally where could i download v4 & can do it through r232 null modem cable thanx.
count the slits on the top of your box if its 25x7 its genuine you have to make sure its genuine. heres a link to v4 http://www.speedyshare.com/978453371.html you will also need gtrom loader http://www.speedyshare.com/513522792.html then connect your box and computer using the null modem cable and load the firmware.
