help cant rip dvd

    ok need some help trying to copy a dvd of my daughters ballet show nomatter what i use it will not copy here is a copy of what imageburn is saying

    but is there a way to rip this dvd as its the only copy i have

    Since you posted in 'Convert DVD to another format' can you specify what you want to do?
    'Ripping' a DVD means copying the files to a HDD.
    If you want to do that with an unprotected disk you can simply drag the VIDEO_TS folder to the Desktop.
    If you want an image of the disk using ImgBurn, it's 'Create image from disc'.

    This is a commercial disk or one that you burned?

    its form a firm called wizard who did the video for my daughters ballet show

    Try to get in contact with that wizard firm
    and find out if they used some custom codecs.
    I suppose it works on dvd-player?

    yep it plays on any dvd player
