   Is there a way to convert quicktime files to mpeg1/2 without using Quicktime Pro and also, I was using Tmpgenc (with its quicktime reader plug-in) to convert the mov files, but now tmpgenc doesn't recognize the mov files now.

   Why not?? what kind of error does it give, did u uninstall quicktime or something??
