Hi. I've recently been having some trouble encoding AVI files to DVD.

I'm using Nero Vision, and I can start up the process OK. But when the files start to encode, one or more of the file will freeze right at the end of the file, and won't encode any further. When I cancel the process, Nero freezes.
I've also tried encoding files seperatly but I get the same problem.

It's not a problem with the AVI files as they play perfectly fine.

I tried using WinAvi to convert the files to DVD format, but it won't accept any of my AVI files for some reason

So is there another program I can use instead that is quick at encoding AVI files? Any help will be appreciated.

Why winavi can't accept your files? Did you install the codec for avi ?
