Help for Nokia 6030

    Hello, people.
    I’m asking help cause need to unlock a Nokia 6030, to make it work with an italian SIM.

    Nokia 6030
    Type RM-74
    IMEI: 358828006661823
    Network: PLUS GSM
    Country: Poland

    I tried to unlock it using this application:
    http://unlock.nokiafree.org/NokiaFREE_v310_Nokia_unlock_codes_calculator.zip
    and following carefully the instructions.
    The resulting codes were

    I tried the first (twice) and the last, but unfortunately they didn't work...
