Help! i dont understand how to fix this! (screencap included)

Hi, i'm using Nero express to burn a movie onto dvd. It has worked fine before, but this time I keep getting this error message. (below)



what does this mean? and what should i do to solve this?

clear some junk off your HDD mate, it's telling you you're out of space.

Um, I was wondering something else. Now it's working, but it says that it's going to take 31 hours and 48 minutes to burn, and it's only a 2 hour movie. It has been much faster before, is there anyway to hurry it up?
