Okay here it goes... i converted a .rm file to avi(divx5.0.5 c0dec) using rm converter. I can watch the AVI file with no problems, the audio is a little out of sync but that I can fix. I then converted the AVI file to MPEG file using TMPG.. When I play the MPEG file I cant see any pictures but I do have sound..Ive probably done something wrong through the whole process and I have no idea how to fix it.. please help!!!

Try clicking option - environmental setting and click the vfapi plug-in tab, then right click on directshow multimedia filereader and click higher priority until the priority is 2!
