You did not mention which video card model you have. But if it does not meet the requirements, the only way to "fix" that is buy a card that does.

When I right click on my desktop a dialog box pops up. Then click on Properties and then Settings. It tells me I have an nVidia GeForce 6200. See what yours says.

Most video cards are usually of the nVidia or ATI Radeon variety. Made by different manufacturers using chipsets based on one of these two.

Sound like your video setup is neither. Sounds like it's probably built in, rather than a plugged in card. Games have specific requirements. The game sites usually list the supported video cards by model number. What you have stated is not mentioned on the list; as the list mentions nVidia and ATI.

You will need to buy (and install) a compatible video card or the game will not run properly.

My friend had this problem with World of Warcraft, the only way to fix it is buy a new card.
