help needed after installing network card

    My sister just got a hold of a tiny pc when she got it it never had a network card installed only a dial up connection. she bought a network card for it and fitted it now she cant boot the pc up it just jumps straight into the bios screen. she cant even do anything
    while in the bios everything seems to be forzen out no keys on the keyboard work she cant use arrows keys to scroll up and down the options or hit enter or anything.When she removes the network card it boots no problem. I am puzzled over this please can someone help

    try another slot & make certain the card is seated all the way into the slot.

    thats correct and then change out the ethernet (network card) card if that doesnt work

    she has tried changing to all 3 different slots but none will work. i am wondering if they are all faulty
