Help needed please

This is my first post, so please forgive me if i do something wrong.
I have been given a Nokia 6070 for my son, but it is locked to O2 and we use Orange.

The imei number is :353628012493012
Model Nokia 6070
Network : O2 UK

Is there a code i can use to unlock it, and is it easy to do.
