hi everone, does anyone know how i can get into my menu on my digibox when i connect it via a rs 232 serial cable or rs 232 to usb to my pc, i have connected it up and can not get anything, do i need a program or something else, thanks

Nothing will happen. You need to open the GTRom program and use this to transfer your chosen bin file to your St*rview.
Hi ZZZZZ OK lets start again. I assume you have recently bought a St*rview. Have you tried watching TV with it yet? If it came ready loaded with software you might not need to upload a new bin file to it at the moment.

hi,no sorry i have a dsr 464 it is a box made in Germany,i am trying to get in to the menu because the remote will not let me into it, so i wanted to connect it to my pc and get to the menu that way, sorry for being a pain, thanks, ps while i wait for you answers i have been reading loads of stuff on the site,brill site or what
