help on choosing chip!!!!!!!!!!!

    hey everyone what's up. well i'm having a hard time deciding on what chip to get. I have v1.6 xbox, I'm looking for something that will be kinda easy to install and i also want to install evox in it. any help or suggestions would be lots of help. thanx in advanced

    Me Too!!! So why not kill two noob's with one stone, I AM NOT INSTALLING A HD ( maybe later) just a back up chip???

    BTW Cruxer, Did you have to open your Box to find out the version???

    yah i did, i found this tutorial at xboxscene.com to figure out what version you have.

    For $35 (us dollars) go for the xecuter 2.6 From what I gather from your posts it should handle all your needs and then some. I get mine from system-mods.com
