Help on Errors with DVD X Copy Xpress

I own DVD X Copy Xpress, since my purchase of this software prior to the legal woes this company was having worked fine up until they were banned from selling it on the shelf at computer retailers. I cannot get the software to work anymore since it was banned. I tried to go to www.dvdxcopy.com for assistance and to no avail they do not exist #*@! do you happen to know if this software is still any good or not? I also find it strange that now the company 123 Copy DVD is in business selling DVD copying software. Are they affiliated with DVD X Copy. What gives????

The following errors show up when trying to use application:

- Cannot write archive.txt
- Unable to Create Vob
- Application error:
Instruction at "0x0043e12b" reference memory at "0x00000260" memory could not be read

Please someone assist if possible.
