Blue discs are CD's, not DVD's.

Burnatonce is a free cd burning application. It can be used for making backup copies of your cd-rom based ps2 games. These are the games that are blue on the bottom of the disc. It is not used often nowadays because a vast majority of the ps2 games that come out are dvd-rom based. However, if you do need to make a backup of a cd-rom ps2 disc, or any other cd (music, vcd, svcd, etc...), you can use burnatonce.

You can download the newest version here:
    http://62.253.162.11/burnatonce/42/bao0995.exe

What you do for backups is make an image of the disc, and then burn the image of the disc. The most commonly used format is an ISO Image File. All you do is make the iso file and then burn the iso file.

    Create an ISO File
Select Read/Copy-->Read to Image. Click ok and save as ISO Image File type.

    Burn an ISO File
Select File-->Load New Image. Load and burn the ISO Image File.
