many thanks, i was astounded by how fast you responded wow, and yes it worked, my old phone dies and being very low vision i was looking for a phone i could actually see the keys on and one i could afford, there was quite a few pounds credit on my old sim so i didnt want to lose it, so you did me a real valuable favour so once again thank you Charles
