Help to get Cas menu

    Hi
    I have a Starview pvr with The Box E_Version 4.000,8th June 2007 software. done a scan, plenty channels, but cannot get into Cas menu to turn on, Tried 1570 & 2004 methods. Is there a different number for the pvr version?

    Go to system setup/parental control.
    Then press i or info button and type 2007 on remote.
    Key and emu buttons should now be shown.

    No problem if I am here it is sometimes easier :)

    BTW you said you have version 4 the latest version for the PVR is v4500. But if you are happy enough stay as you are.

    Yes, I will try version 4.500 when I am settled in with it, only had it a couple of hours. Hard drive fitted and working fine, In my opinion, so much better than the hassle with net connected boxes (Dbox 2, dreambox etc)

    OK when ever you need it you will get it here. Yes less hassle than the linux boxes but only downfall is the fact that it is not open sourced. Enjoy and let us know how you get on.
