What was the error?

 

i entered the code given into the phone correctly and as directed and absolutely nothing happened, not even any error messages...just the same screen with the code on it.

 

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)
