I have un-rared the program (3 files), but I can't find a nandub.exe to get the thing started. Can anyone give me a clue to get going? Thanks in advance.

I don"t know what the Problem is(I allways thought Nandub came in one File because it is really Small)
But you Might find this Just as Usefull :
    http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/stable/VirtualDub-MPEG2.zip
It is the Mpeg2 version of "Virtual-dub-Mpeg2 1.5.10"
It has all if not more Features as Nandub and if you install this also:
    http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/AC3ACM/AC3ACM.zip
It will Add AC3 Decodeing support for Many of your APPS includeing Virtual dub and Tmpgenc...Hope it helps...Cheers

PS: here is a Link I found for Nandub but I thing Virtual-Dub-Mpeg2 is better for most things...

Minion, the Nandub that I downloaded is not that samall. The larger of the three files contains about 8 sub-files and around 100 or so files that are .txt, .gif, .dat, etc. It's simply called Nandub, so I guess that's where the "guts" of the program is located. There is a file called setup included, but it mostly contains Readme.txt and the like. I appreciate the links that you provided. The reason I wanted Nandub was to join variable bit-rate AVI's. Do you know of another program that will accomplish the same task. Thanks for your time.

The Last Link I provided was a Link to NanDub, it is only 800kb or so...Nandub is Based on Virtual Dub and Virtual Dub can Join VBR AVI Files as Long as the Audio Is not VBR..So if you want Nandub then downloaded from the Last Link I gave...Cheers
