***HELP*** WHAT PROGRAM IS THIS

I always see people posting flashy super imposed videos and stuff on youtube. you know how theres a movie in the background and then they are talking up in the front. (lots of news channels do it as well!)

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT PROGRAM YOU CAN USED TO DO THIS????

what exactly do you mean, like two screens, kinda like pip on a tv?

 

Most people I know, use Sony Vegas. There are some more rich-featured alternatives such as Adobe Premiere and Apple Final Cut Studio, but be aware that these are hideously expensive.

 

do you mean green screen shots, where a movie or video clip is playing and people are standing in front of it? what you're describing really doesn't make much sense...please try to be more specific. you can get editing programs, but those don't do much good if you're not filming the correct way to get whatever kind of effect you are trying to describe...
