Starting yesterday I have this problem that the computer just keep restarting after I turn it on
It sometimes happens even before login/loading to desktop
I later find out that this is caused by the wifi
I stop it from auto connecting to wifi the computer now works fine
But whenever I try connect to the Internet it again shutdown a few seconds after
I already turn off the auto restart option on system failure yet it won't stop the restarting
So it is not a crash nor BSOD and I have no error code to begin with
At the event log it just said something trigger the shutdown.exe
I have tried safe mode with network and it still happens

Please I need help ASAP to fix this problem
I am using windows 7 btw
I need some sort of manual fix because I cannot even connect to the Internet to download anything
