Help with 3DS R4i please!

    Need some help :(

    I had perfectly working Nintendo 3DS (ver. 2.1.0-4E), it had R4 card installed and could play most DS games.

    However, by an accident all files from micro SD have been deleted. I've reformatted the card, downloaded the newest updates from r4i website and games still won't work :( R4i card is ether stuck on Loading screen or says "Please upgrade the hardware for support latest firmware" ....

    Could anyone please tell me what to do step by step?
