help with besttv iptv

    can any one help me with my besttv iptv box please i had this box for 2 years and it worked fine
    the channels started to disappear on it till i ended up with with just 2 channels i tried to reset it to factory default only to lose this 2 channels too the subscription on it is till 2020 .
