Help with burning problem!

I have a sony drx-710ul and i have been trying to burn now for a while but nothing worked. I have cloner 2 and i burn that to my Hd then i use nero(newest one) to burn.It starts the process to burn but then my recorder state switches to failed. and quits burning. I have also used decrpyt and shrink also please help.

 

Maybe you can post a log. This info. is a bit too brief.

 

u can try running pc doctor to find out if ur drive is defected

 

Do you have an OEM version of Nero, or are you just using the latest free trial version?

I'm lead to believe the trial version doesn't burn.

newest version got it wid the dvd writer
