Help with connection errors ( 'mysqladmin flush-hosts')

    Every time I try to load up the NZBMatrix website, I get the following error: dbconn: mysql_connect: Host 'nzbmatrix.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

    Can someone help me flush hosts? I've been googling and reading for hrs and I don't know how to "flush hosts". Is this something that needs to be done with a command line, or some registry settin? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    They are switching over servers. New hardware finally came in, should be up in the next 24 hours.

    Also, the sql error is on the server side, not your side.
