I downloaded Resident Evil 4 for the wii and when I try to burn it, dvd decrypter says invalid or unsupported file but the thing is supposedly an ISO file.

Whats wrong is it the program?

DVD decrypter does not work for Wii backups. But Imgburn does. Just try Imgburn.

The Wii tends to get a bit hot when it is not being used. I always have WiiConnect24 on, and when my Wii is turned off, it gets hot. I haven't turned off WiiConnect24, so I can't tell you for sure that WiiConnect24 is what makes the Wii hotter.
But when I am playing a game, I've noticed that the Wii cools off.

So, yes, I'd say it is normal. Just make sure that it doesn't get TOO hot.
