I have searched for this but have only found one tutorial and it was kind of hard to understand. Could someone explain this in plain english?

I have a V4 GT3 Playstation 2. I have a fliptop cover, swap magic, an 80GB Maxtor Hardrive and the PS2 Ownz version of HDLoader. I know that there is a way to put HDLoader on the memory card so I don't have to swap disks each time. I read that I need AR Max but am not sure. Can someone please help me with this?

all you need is your handy SM cd disc and your flippy top. Make a ps2 iso using cdgenps2 and use the independence exploit install to put hdloader on your memory card. there is a thread tutorial on afterdawn.

L-Burna wrote up a decent tutorial using KeyLauncher but you can use any exploit menu gui like elflaunch, ps2menu etc. etc.

personally i found this tutorial to be the most helpful tho:
