Here is the log that I get when I try and burn. I can simulate fine but I am still getting the illegal disc error. I'm using TDK media. I just started having this problem. I don't think it would be the media since it's the same stuff that I've been using for a while now. I'm running Windows Vista. Your log indicates you are using version 7.5.9.0 (the one I use) These are horrible discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan) I recommend burning at 4X. You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
