hi all i have downloaded a radio plugin for mozilla. when i double click the icon (once download is complete) it trys to start the install. it says "inistialising instalation wizard" which i have seen many a time on my pc and have had no probs. but now it flashes as though trying to start then fails. anyone any ideas please cheers
Have you tried downloading this again. It could be that you have a corrupt download file for whatever reason. Also I know that you have to restart Mozilla to use the plugins.
If you continue to have problems installing, you should look for a program called Windows Install Clean Up. It helps remove whatever is causing the problem from Windows so that it works properly.
