So I made a highlight film for my school's football team and rendered it as an AVI file in Vegas 8.0 Trial version. Everything went smooth converting it to audio and video ts folders with ConvertXtoDvd. Then I used dvd shrink to create an ISO file on my HD. The thing is,when I go to burn with DVDdecrpyter, DVDsanta, or any burning program, I get an error. Unable to reserve track or Cannot Complete - incompatible format.

Please help, I have to have 50 copies by Dec 8th!

Does the avi you made with Vegas play OK?
How big is the file created by ConvertXtoDVD and does it play OK?
I would use Imgburn instead of DVD Decrypter for burning and post a log from there.

try making an ISO file with dvd decrypter then burn

two things you don't want to do

    I 23:38:27 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: DAXON016S)

    poor media use something better

    I 23:38:27 Write Speed: MAX

set your burn speed between 4x and 8x max

I've tried using dvddecrypter and nothing. It just says "Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format"

    Write speed at 4x too

It also says - I/O Error!

    Device: [1:0:)]_NEC DVD+-RW ND-3530A 102b (D:) (ATA)

    ScsiStatus: 0x02
    Interpretation: Check Condition

    CDB: 53 00 00 00 00 00 14 E6 A0 00

Then it says! "Failed to Reserver Track" Reason - Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible format

Just curious but why isn't ConvertXtoDVD used for burning files. It doesn't create an iso but I use it sometimes to burn files it didn't even convert and it works great.

I tried DVDflick, and to no avail. It does the video and then makes it an iso. Then starts to burn with imgburn and same results.
