Help with Mobile Phone Tools

    Hello, i have downloaded Mobile Phone Tools 1.23 from http://coma.fsb.hr/motorola/files/ and recently tried to download the updated version 3 from the same location. When the download finishes it says that it is a RAR File, and the computer cannot open it.. i dont know what to do. Will someone please help me!

    you need to download a program call winrar. it a bit like winzip.just extracts rar files.
