I have a few movies that are like that. I'm thinking it has something to do with the audio format. I havent had time to search for re-encoding the audio on a DIVX. It's probably easy. The software I'm using for DVD2DIVX:

    - smart ripper
    - Rippack, does it all after that, and very easy. Bad thing about this program is it requires Gator/Gain to be installed on pc for it to work. Be nice if I could just buy it.
