do you have any of the following: a usb data cable? or a wireless bluetooth device from you computer to your phone? if you have any of these you are now going to need a motorola software that will enable you to send ringtones from your computer to your phone. you can go to the motorola website and download this software and then you are good to go!!! if you are encounting any problem feel free to pm me
