HELP

    i have a problem my SONY DVD RW DW-U12A is not working i try and backup my copy of splinter cell and any other image file it has the same error im using dvd decrypter and it doesn't even finish write lead in it gives me this error message http://img194.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img194&image=error7tl.png
    any help is appreciated

    i also updated to the latest firmware and still no luck my simulation burns run perfectly any help is really appreciated
