    what if the 2 parts are on opposite sides of the dvd, every time I eject it erases my file that I dragged over, how to I get both parts, this is getting frustrating

    You have to rip one side on to your HD first using Decrypter.
    Then Rip the other side on to your HD.

    Then you no longer need the disk. Just open the files or Image in Shrink..
